I like how he pauses to drink some water and, while drinking, realized that the referee might have a daughter and that, if so, he should fuck her, too.

You are absolutely right! That is the best part.
I agree about that being the best part. The second best part is when the guy writing subtitles thought he needed to translate the drinking of water and typed in "Glurp, Glurp."
I'm not sure that he was trascribing the "glurp" because homeboy was drinking but rather because that's the sound his brain was making.
